First and foremost, GMSC is governed by the rules of Lake Maumelle.  These can be found at this link.  

Upon its founding, GMSC drafted a set up bylaws that have been revised periodically over the years and can be found at this link.

The day to day management of GMSC is governed by our rules found at this Link.
