Join the Fun at GMSC’s Spring Fling
As part of the Hawg Wild Regatta weekend, GMSC’s annual Spring Fling returns Saturday, May 2, at 6:00 p.m. at the GMSC Clubhouse. The evening brings members, visiting sailors, crew, volunteers, and guests together for live music, dinner, and fellowship after a day of Y-Flyer racing on Lake Maumelle.
GMSC will provide a lasagna dinner and drinks. Members who are not participating in the regatta are asked to bring an appetizer or dessert to share.
Come be part of one of GMSC’s annual social traditions and help us welcome everyone to a great weekend on Lake Maumelle.

Fletcher Library - Confirmation Needed
Held the first Monday of each month unless a holiday. Usually held at the Fletcher Library in Little Rock, at 6 PM. All are welcome to join. Please email the club secretary (event contact) for location confirmation and so we can make sure to have enough seating, if you would like to attend.

Join us on Lake Maumelle for GMSC’s annual Memorial Regatta, May 23–24. Racing begins Saturday with a noon harbor gun, followed by dinner and drinks at the clubhouse around 6:00 p.m. Racing continues Sunday, with awards after the final race. The regatta is open to active centerboard fleets and guests, including Thistles, Y-Flyers, Flying Scots, and Hobies.
There is no entry fee, but skippers are asked to register in advance with boats and crew so Race Committee and event planners can prepare assignments, food, and refreshments. Crane masters will assist with launching boats beginning at 11:00 a.m. Saturday. Register at GMSC.org.
